Made to Order

Every piece in the Steel Sirens & Co. shop is made to order through trusted print-on-demand partners. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.

Shipping Times

After production, shipping takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier. You’ll get a tracking email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. This is normal — each item is produced individually and ships as soon as it’s ready.

Fulfillment Partners

We fulfill through Printful and Printify. Once your order ships, the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) takes over.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If tracking shows no updates after 10+ business days, email us at support@steelsirensandco.com with your order number and we’ll help you sort it out.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied by their country.
