We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or misprinted, so please double-check sizing before ordering. Custom, limited release, and preorder items are final sale. Once your order ships, delivery is in the hands of the carrier, and we are not responsible for delays, losses, or stolen packages—but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Made to Order: Every item is made just for you once your order is placed. Production typically takes 2-7 business days.
  • Multiple Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
  • Shipping Time: After production, shipping takes 3-10 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
  • Fulfillment Partners: We use trusted print-on-demand partners like Printful and Printify to deliver your goods efficiently.
  • Tracking Info: You’ll get an email with tracking once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or
defective.

Wrong Size or Color? We can’t offer exchanges for size or color selection errors, so please double-check our size
guides before you order.

Damaged or Misprinted Items: If your item arrives defective or misprinted, email us at [email protected] within 7
days of delivery with photos and your order number-we’ll make it right

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or theft after delivery. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10+ business days, reach out-we’ll help file a claim or assist where we can.

Items labeled custom, limited release, or preorder are final sale. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page. Please allow time for production and delivery.
