Every item is made to order, taking 2-7 business days for production. After that, shipping takes an additional 3-10 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Note: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages as we use trusted partners like Printful and Printify.

Because every piece is custom-made for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. We especially cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, so please double-check our size guides before ordering. The only exception for returns/exchanges is if an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number – we’ll make it right! For packages lost, delayed, or stolen after shipping, it’s in the carrier’s hands; however, if your tracking hasn’t updated in 10+ business days, reach out, and we’ll assist where we can.
